Today Rob and I have been married for 3 years!! Since our anniversary was on a Sunday this year, we celebrated early. We pretty much partied all weekend long, but the "actual celebration" was on Friday night.
We went out to eat in Salt Lake at the Red Iguana. It's a little Mexican restaurant that is delicious!! They've won tons of awards and famous people always go eat there when they're in the area. We went there once before with Ryan and Amber, and loved it so much we had to go back.
It's a very small building, so the tables are very close. I mean, maybe a foot away from each other. But this time, they seated us in a little corner, and it was really private. I loved it! I ordered fajitas because they are the best fajitas I have ever had!! While we were eating, we were serenaded by two Mexican men singing with their guitars. They sang a romantic ballad for us, and it was so neat! They were really good. I wish I had recorded it.
After dinner, we went out to see a movie. (This is a special thing for me because Rob hates the movies and we only go normally once or twice a year, at the most...I love them!) We saw Water for Elephants, which I loved!! It was a great movie.
And that was it. It was a great night, and am so glad we were able to celebrate our 3 years of marriage together!!
